Question Can i Buy Laptop with $150 ?

Hi
I find many laptop in ebay about $150 and they are with 8 gb ram and core i5 and some with i7
they are used or refurbished grade a and b

I want lightweight laptop for traveling and some time for small video editing or Photoshop , its seems 8 gb ram and core i5 is enough

but i don't know which brand and model is good to buy

so if possible can you please tell me with laptop are lightweight and have good power and easy upgradable with about $150 ?

For $150, don't expect to get anything worthwhile. The only decent laptop in that price range is a Chromebook.
What generation processors did you see on EBay?

HP ProBook 450 G3 15.6 Core i5 8gb ram

but just want to buy lightweight and with good power for some Photoshop
and want easy for upgrade

so if anyone know used or refurbished even old model please tell me

Those laptops are from about 7 years ago. Note that they have Intel i5, but 4th generation (i5-4xxx). Soon we will have laptops with the 12th generation.

As for upgrading, the CPU is usually not worth an upgrade in a laptop. You can upgrade the RAM (as long as it doesn't exceed the limit) and storage device in most traditional laptops. But consider the price of the laptop+the price of upgrading.

These might be fine for basic use, but programs like Photoshop are only getting bigger and more resource-hungry.
For Photoshop you will need to raise your budget in my opinion.

Those Dell models have issues with battery. No laptop would be easy to upgrade past the drive and RAM.

For "good" power for photoshop you will not find that in a $150 laptop and it will not be lightweight with a decent CPU in it.

Lenovo T430 models may be found in your price range, probably the best you will get for 150.
