I have an old cassette player but I dont have the plug to. Harge battery only the plug to car . Will that charge the 12v battery?

No way to know what you need to plug in that cassette player without knowing what charger the cassette player needs.

The accessory port (or cigarette lighter in the old days) is 12vdc so if the player is marked to accept that then it should work. I would suggest you google the make+model+owners manual of the player to make sure. You could damage it if it needs less than 12v.
