Can I connect my fire stick to my Samsung HT-H6500WN Home Theater System

My DVD player has an HDMI in. Was wondering if my Fire stick can stream through DVD

What make and model DVD player?
Most do not have HDMI input (only output) but there are exceptions (Oppo for instance).
If yours does then you can connect a Firestick. In fact Oppo expects you to as they no longer have an streaming apps on their newest player.

If you buy a Bluetooth receiver about £13 for the likes of a car but plug it into the TV /Amp auxiliary audio input then find it from Bluetooth search on fire tv VOILA... Needs a USB power to the device . Works a dream when HDMI does not pass the sound.
