Can i download windows on a flash drive from my android phone

Yes, you can download Windows into a flash drive from your Android device but you won't be able to boot from it.
You will need a flash drive that has a micro-USB or USB Type C connection or whichever fits your device.

its just the same as downloading any other kinds of files from the internet on your phone. the problem is a windows ISO can be more then 8GB and depending on the phone you have you may not have the storage space for it
