Can I get rid of the schools crappy locks?

So recently my school has issued laptops to all the students but they are locked, heavily. First off, it is a Lenovo Yoga 11e, and it is running Windows 8.1 Pro. But they have almost everything locked in the control panel, task manager, and just the OS in general. I can't even use RegEdit to possibly fix it.

If the school issued them with those security features in place, they are there for a reason. Someone, sometime probably screwed around with their computer and caused the IT department a huge headache, resulting in everyone suffering. My best recommendation would be to contact your schools IT department (or whoever issued them to you) and submit a request and provide justification as to why you ned access to locked features. If access is needed for something trivial, such as gaming settings or system tweaking, I wouldnt bother wasting your time.
I dont think you'll get much help bypassing security measures on this website.
