Can i have both an ssd and a hdd on my lenovo y50-70

[I need help on my laptop]

I have a 2015 lenovo y50-70 and it has a 500gb hardrive can someone tell me if i can add an ssd and still have my hdd. Oh and also if you can tell me a way to transfer my product key to a new hard drive, IF i buy a 1TB hard drive

nope u cant. i still have the lenovo y50 and it comes with a 1tb hdd with 8gb of ssd caching,sort of a hybrid.but its a slow drive and the caching only helps for boot time(if u have fast boot enabled).i switch to a 256GB ssd and use the 1tb drive as an external drive.if u are thinking about transferring your product key i suggest cloning the OS to the new drive.
