Can I hook two amps up to one sub subwoofer speaker

IF the woofer has dual voice coils then you could. If the amps are different then it might not sound right but you can't hurt anything so long as each amp is stable into the impedance of each voice coil.
You really shouldn't unless they are designed to be bridged and I'm thinking by the way you worded the question that they aren't.

So if they aren't....then no....I think you have a good chance of damaging one or both amps and maybe the speaker,.
