My new Lenovo laptop has barely any memory on hard drive so I would like to move my larger(more memory) from my windows 10 hp laptop, is it possible?

Solution
No.
I think there is almost a guaranteed chance you will have problems moving the drive.

You mention memory....yes you can move memory if it fits the specs....but not the drive.

I think it will have problems when it sees the Lenovo hardware.

Ideally you would want to do a clean install on the drive.

No. That will not work.

Your hard drive in the Lenovo is short on hard drive space? We'd need some specifics.
What size/type is the drive on the Lenovo?

"Storage 64 GB eMMC"

That is the reason.
That eMMC drive is simply too small. ANd not changeable. It is soldered directly to the motherboard.
And your laptop has no space or connectivity for another drive.

All you can do is connect some external drive to the USB port.

The first item you list is a Crucial m.2 SSD, not "RAM".
Not going to work.

The second item is actual RAM, but I wouldn't count on it.
The included 4GB RAM does not seem to be removable, nor does it seem to have a second slot for more RAM.

No, that is a very limited laptop.
It uses a 32gb eMMC drive and no other options are available.
No ram upgrades are available.
It does have a microsd card reader which can increase your storage. Check compatibility, but a 64gb microsd card will likely work.

You could buy an external usb enclosure for your 1tb laptop drive and connect it that way.
