can i install win10 on HP Compaq nx6110 Notebook PC?

I tried to install it with 1 GB ram, but after I upgraded to 2GB , it worked fine. actually its not so slow, and all is working fine, thank u all.

If you have 2GB of RAM and enough hard drive space, sure. Don't try it with less than 2GB of RAM. You can upgrade up to that much, according to cnet. Make a backup of your system in case you don't like it (will not be very fast) and run the Microsoft media creation tool to download the iso and then extract it onto your hard drive or to a DVD disk and install! It won't be activated, but it's easy to find ways to solve that.

Maybe. Lack of specific drivers from HP is not always a no go situation.
I have a 2009 era Toshiba laptop, with no specific Win 10 drivers, and it works OK.

Yours is a bit older.
It might work, it might not.

Don't expect stellar performance, though.

Someone got the laptop working with Windows 8.1, I think. Unless there was something besides the audio that wasn't working for them (which was solved in the thread). Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 drivers are usually the same/compatible.

I have installed it on an nx6110 with 1.25 Gb ram and it works fine.

You should also goto

CONTROL PANEL---> SYSTEM --> ADJUST the appearance and performance ---> Adjust for best performance

Its slow on youtube (360p max) and some other heavy websites (flash etc)
