Get your provider to block the phone, do you still have your box?

Though you block the phone you will not be able to get it back. You can only stop others from using it.

Well it is already gone so i figure may as well stick it to the people that have it.
Unless its stuck in the couch cushions then your just sticking it to the couch...

Very sorry to hear that. When I got mine stolen I was depressed for weeks. If you didn't have Find My iPhone or MobileMe on it, I guess you are out of look for tracing it. Did you at least have a passcode so the other person won't be able to access info? If not, just call your provider and ask them to remove everything on it so any other people won't find info about you etc. Once again very sorry to hear that and wish the best of luck.
