my labtop is Dell notebook that using inter code 2 so I want to know that can I play the games that need the inter code stronger than my labtop?

I don't think you are using the right words here. Do you mean Intel Core 2 Duo or Intel Dual Core or something? List full system specs and the model number and what games you are looking to play on it. If you install and run speccy it will show you the CPU, RAM, video card details, need all those.
