can i play gta 5 and other high end games on these specs?

Guys can i play high end games like gta5 or watch dogs on the following specs?
1) AMD QUAD CORE A8-7410.
2) 8GB of RAM.
3) AMD RADEON R7 SERIES M360 2GB GRAPHIC CARD.

yes you could but not on high res or high settings but on medium and get around 25-30 fps
