Many games nowadays need 8 gb of ram at the minimum, the cpu is definitely outdated, and GTA 5 needs a lot more vram from the gpu. May need to get a next build ready if this is your current system...

He could play it on 720p all low with 4GB ram, but on core 2 duo he won't. Gta 5 is more CPU intensive than GPU.
