Unlikely.

The minimum system requirements for the game state at least a quad-core processor @ 2.4GHz and a hefty graphics card (for the time) with a dedicated 1GB Video RAM minimum. I think your laptop lacks both of these.

That's not to say it WON'T run. Minimum System Requirements (MSR) just means that if you have an issue and your system doesn't meet them, tech support only has to say, "Upgrade your system to the MSR".

it will run, but you would have to tweak the config for the graphics and put mostly everything on lowest, and (i don't know if it would happen to you, but when i had my old HP with celeron and uhd, it did.) while you would play, you would get black screens and freeze, sometimes (mostly) it crashes after a bit.
