Can I play The Sims 3 and at least 2 of its expansion packs on Acer E5-521-64YBr?

Hello, I'm thinking of buying a budget laptop that plays The Sims 3 and at least 2 of its expansion packs well. So, is this Acer E5-521-64BYr good? The specs:
Processor: AMD A-series quad-core A6-6310-1.8GHz/2MB
Memory: 4GB/16GB DDR3L
HDD: 500GB
Video memory: AMD Radeon R4 Graphics
OS: Win8.1 SL-64 bit
Battery: 8hrs

Good enough. My notebook is an old Acer Aspire TimelineX 5830TG-2434G75Mibb from 2011 and it can still play Sims 3 with 6 expansion packs. Do note that Sims 3 has a bug where it will play slower and slower even if you have the most powerful CPU/graphics, that's why they released the new Sims 4.
