can i run a new os past mcaffee endpoint

hi all
i have bought a lenovo laptop from ebay which is mcaffee endpoint encrypted.
is it possible to boot a new os on this from a bootable usb ?
any help on this would be very much appreciated.

You'll need to delete the existing partition(s) on the hard drive first, then create new partition.
You'll need to boot from a Windows DVD or this free Partition Wizard bootable CD to accomplish that:
