Can I run Black Ops 3 well?

Hello, I'm getting a new gaming laptop and my main concern is to be able to run BO3 at 60FPs, while recording also if possible, are my specs up to the challenge?

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit Edition)
Laptop: CyberPowerPC FANGBOOK III 17.3" FHD LED-Backlit 1920x1080 Display w/ Red backlit performance keyboard with programmable keys, Built-in 720p HD webcam, HDMI Port, Li-Ion Battery, & Universal AC Adapter
Laptop Color: Fangbook III Cover

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4810MQ Mobile Processor 2.80 GHz 6M Smart Cache, Max Turbo Freq. 3.80 GHz

Motherboard: Mobile Intel HM87 Express Chipset Mainboard

RAM / System Memory: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR3-2133 SODIMM Memory (Corsair or Major Brand)

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M 6GB PCIe Maxwell (NB-FANG-206)
 
Solution
An i7 and 970M should run BF3 well, although the issue may be with the game itself not being able to run at a solid 60 frames even on high end equipment due to the coding.
