I tried the game debate site and it says I could but it had the gtx 770m not my 765m but I don't think it's a big difference right?

a 765 and a 770 should be close enough that if it will work with one, it will work with the other.

Hey the game is a poorly ported game from the console even I with a 4690k and A R 290 has bad FPS even with 16 gigs of ram give it some time they should roll out some patches and updates.
