Can i run GTA 5

I would lie to know if i can run the game with these specs:

Nvidia GEFORCE 840M @ 4 GB VRAM
8GB of Ram
WIndows 8.1

Why not! To get best graphics settings you'll have to tweak/experiment with the options! Saw this video, seems ran good in this system!
