There are some sites where you can enter your configuration to see what kind of games you can run on your system. Or you can download an app and let it scan your system's hardware automatically.

Basically it seems like you are somewhat in the middle of the minimum requirements and the recommended requirements, so I'd say that you should be able to run the game.

I don't think you can run gta v, but you can always try

You can run in low to med settings in 720p. GTA V is somewhat demanding game, especially when it comes to memory and GPU usage.

I agree with @Desoxy. Although @ForeverMirin might have a point there as laptop GPUs are often no match for their desktop equivalents, the game's minimum system requirements are as follows:
