Dual core processor.
2.5GHz processor speed.
4GB RAM DDR4.
1TB HDD storage.
Microsoft Windows 10.

Absolutely. Not going to be on high settings on anything, but a 2200U (w/Vega3) should be capable of 720p 30FPS low(ish) settings.

The 4GB of RAM is going to be a limiting factor somewhat though, if 8GB is an option, I'd opt for that.
