Can I still remove the SD card when it becomes my Internal storage?

When my SD card become my Internal storage, can I still remove it and change other SD card without damaging the phone? Because I have other files in other SD card

If you actually installed things on that SD card, you may want to uninstall those programs to ensure you don't get error messages.
