Hello, I want to know if i can stream atleast 720p

I have a AMD Ryzen 3 2200g with a Asus Rog Strix rx 570 8bg
and have 16gb of ram.

System-wise looks fine. 720 requires, on top of my head ~3.5mbit Internet speed.

He will be able to stream the windows screen with that quad...
Most games will use all of that quad just to run so streaming games with the CPU will be pretty limited to very low demanding games.
Streaming with the rx570 on the other hand will be fine.
