Can i trace my Samsung S Dous phone

i have lost my moblie few days back and i m not able to trace it and i have filed a complaint too in police station but no result came up so is there a way to find my moblie because i havnt put any tracing app in it.... so can i trace my moblie phone bt i have its bill and imei no.
