Can I transfer photos and contacts from an iphone that's has been shut off to an android?

My iPhone 6s plus was disconnected by at&t. I'm trying to get pics and contacts transferred to my android straight talk phone. Is this possible?

If you can connect it to a PC, preferably an Apple, it's possible. Transfer the contacts into the file format, Comma Separated Values.

Later, convert those into V-card format and Android will recognise that.
