Can I upgrade graphic card on Laptop?

Hi. My laptop is Lenovo Yoga 3 14.
The graphics is Intel HD Graphics 5500.
I am unable to play games that requires good graphics..
So I want to ask if it is possible to upgrade the graphics card in this laptop?
If yes, what kind of graphics card?
