Solved! Can i upgrade my msi cr41 laptop graphic card, processor and change hdd to ssd?

SSD yes. CPU looks like it's soldered to the motherboard, same thing for the video card.

CPU and GPU are soldered to the motherboard. For a common user replacing such is not possible,

HDD to SSD is possible
