Can I upgrade this laptop to SLI?

Clevo W230ST. It originally has a GTX 765M and I want to know if I can make it a dual SLI.

I doubt you will be able to have an SLI configuration in a laptop. The answer is no.

No. And you wouldn't want to in a 13" laptop.
