can i use a 10 volt charger for my airplanes nicad battery to charge a 11 volt lipo for my hele

i bought a 11 volt lipo and dont have a charger so can i use a 10 volt charger that came with nicads to charge the lipo

No. Lithium cells are very very volatile, and attempting to charge them without the proper charger can easily cause a fire. Especially if your battery doesn't contain protection circuitry, which is common on RC gear.
