Can i use monster cable xp for 12 volt dc wire

Wireing 12 volt dc lights in car have lots of monster cable xp can I use it?

Depends on how much current the lights will draw. You can check the monster speaker cable against standard automotive wiring that can handle that amount of current in terms of the gauge of the copper.
