I want to use my wired headphone from my laptop as wireless using my phone's Bluetooth or wifi. Is it possible?

I can't sort out what you are trying to do here, you want to listen to your phone from headphones connected to your laptop? No, you can't do that. Why not just plug the headphones to your phone or play the music through the laptop?

You are doing this in a very convoluted manner, you are trying to play sounds from the laptop to your phone to listen through headphones connected to the phone? Don't think that is possible but you can get a decent set of bluetooth headphones for about $20.

I bought a couple of the Sanbowe brand ones and the both were good, no delay in audio like can happen at times. Or just get a headphone extension cord for a few dollars if you don't want to spend $20 on a wireless headphone.
