I'm wondering if I can use one of the USB ports for speakers. The headphone jack is broken . It's an acer with two ports next to the headphone jack?

Or a USB sound card. These can be had for about a $2CAD via sites like AliExpress. They will basically turn a USB port into 3.5mm out and a 3.5mm in.
