I have all the speakers from Dav t145 home theatre from sony
....I can use the speakers with another dvd player ? If I use speaker wires to RCA convertors ..will the speakers be able to fire at 360rms glory again ?

What about the Audio quality?

Speaking about "DVD Player" - these usually don't have amplifiers, just line-level outputs for connection to external amplifier.

There are units on the market combining a DVD player with amplifiers, but they are marketed as "DVD/BD Home Theaters", and usually come with speakers already.
