1. because you have power over noise easily, just turn to knob.

I have a set of brand new Logitech speakers that I connected to both the back audio jack and the headphones jack on the front panel and there is no sound, my question is CAN I USE USB CONNECTION SPEAKERS??

Oh, ha what i meant was you should get external speakers.

Yes, you can buy USB speakers and use those. Sounds like you should do some further troubleshooting on your sound issue though. Check the BIOS to make sure the sound device is activated.
