Can Install app due to Error Can install in phone and SD Card and Cant Delete files in SD Card

I have Samsung Galaxy Core 2 and i am trying to Install a Game It is not Installing and showing message like can't install in Phone Or SD card and When i Install that same Game in My Moms Mobile same Core 2 it is been installed

And In my SD Card i Delete any file it comes back Again and Again

Remove the SD card, get any files off of it that you can, and format it on another device like a laptop.

Put it back in the fone and try again.

What fone is it?
