Can my laptop run el gato HD60?

Here is my laptop system details

Intel(R) core(TM) i7-5700HQ CPU @ 2.70 GHz

Ram 8.00 GB

GeForce GTX 950M

Windows 8.1

Current resolution 1920 x 1080, 60Hz

Im trying to run el gato hd60 software but as soon as i click the software to open it immediately says El gato is not responding. I don't know why i have the lastest version too. Plz if anyone knows let me know thx guys ✌

I'm going to guess your laptop only has USB3 ports and the Elgato needs usb2 so the software is unable to detect it.

But the thing is the el gato software doesn't even start as soon as i launch the software immediately tells me el gato is not responding. I don't even connect the hd60 to my laptop because the program doesn't even start why is this? Here is my laptop full specs
