Can my laptop run MineCraft

Hello, i would like to know if my laptop that im gonna to buy, if he is good enough for minecraft,

And also I would like to know if this laptop can run minecraft at 60 FPS with optifine and when im recording, Thank you for all your answer.

Also, i have an Intel Celeron that I have used to play MineCraft and he run 60 FPS with recording, but also I played with only 2 chunks load ad with OptiFine so i didn't know if this laptop can do it better but i think !

100% shure not 60fps with that laptop. You will be better off with an desktop at similar price or spend some more money for a better system which will bring you a better experience.

Actually ... but my other laptop is an intel celeron and when i'm recording with it i played with 60 FPS.
