Can My PC support gaming with an elgato hd 60?

I'm trying to figure out if my computer can support the Elgato HD 60 when streaming or recording.

Here are the specs:

Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) I5-7200 CPU @2.50GHz 2.70
Ram: 8.00
System Type: 64 bit operating system
Sound card is computer generated.

it can, but really bad fps it will be and only 720p is possible...
4 cores/4 threads is hard to do gaming while streaming. You should be looking at Ryzen 2600 upgrade...

I would also be a little concerned about only have 8GB of memory as well you may want to upgrade to 16GB of memory.
