Question Can my second hand Elitebook 845 G7 250 nit touch display be swapped for one of the 400 nit displays?

I have looked into the maintenance manuals and I do see the other spare part displays that are available, however, I want to make double sure that they are compatible before I pull the trigger on them.

The 400 nit one I am interested in, states this: "models without WWAN, IR camera, ambient light sensor ". Would this really mean that the laptop would have to not have those features?

Correct, those functions need extra cabling the screen does not have. No idea if the screen will work even aside from that, laptops are pretty customized model to model so there is no single standard they all use for compatible screens.
