Can my sisters laptop run Sims 4?

Hi, my sister has a Samsung laptop, I believe it is a NP355V5C-A03UK and she want's to play sims 4 on it, but will that work?

This are the specs:
AMD A8-4500M APU processor
AMD Radeon HD 7640G graphics card
8 gb ram
Windows 10 Home 64bit

Holy crap dude, I have the exact same specs in my laptop except it's an HP Pavilion and only has 4gb of ram.
I could just pirate, then download the game to see how it plays on my laptop but I don't have the internet speed or time, sorry.

I do know that it can run CSGO low settings at 45fps if you care about that

A8 will run SIMS4, to be smooth would be at lower settings, maybe Medium.
