can my sky pro galaxy from tracfone be unlocked to use with other carriers

I have a new galaxy 7 sky pro from tracfone and was wondering if tracfone doesnt work out what other carriers could i bring this phone to, Does it need to be unlocked and if so who does that

According to my opinion, it needs to be unlocked. Go to the mobile shop, the expert will do it.
