Can someone help me with a screen?

Holding my volume up button after I've released the power button. I got a banner header that reads REBOOT INTO ANDROID, ETM TOOL V1 01. There's a small Japanese enscrition box to the right. Blue and yellow line divider under statement.

If I touch it with my finger it disappears.

Using Nextbook Tablet 10a 6.0 marshmallow.

Any thoughts on what it means and what I should do?

Not sure what you mean about a screen here, are you trying to do a factory reset on the tablet?

I've contacted the Nextbook company and they gave me the instructions to do both a hard and factory reset. I've done both and my activation password screen will not go away. It does not have a CD drive. Only an SD card drive.

Do I have to do a twrp thing?
