Question Can still use HDMI if laptop GPU broken?

my laptop is P65_67RSRP with GTX1060 soldered gpu and now gpu is not working anymore. I would like to know is there any way to use HDMI port coz currently not working and also i would like to know is GDC compatible with my lappy. Thanks for your answers.

The HDMI port should still work with your integrated GPU (Intel). Keep in mind that you may have to enable to HDMI port (to drive an external display) with a function key (Fn F8 for my Dell, for example)

What GDC are you referring to?
