Can the charger port board for a laptop be change

I open my laptop to check to see if the port was the issue, however it was not the problem. When i plug in the charger it comes on but when i plug it into the laptop it comes off and idid use a next charger and same thing happen.So i did the necessary so can the charger port board be change.

I dunno. What did you see when you opened it? Does the charger port sits on a daughtercard you can unplug? (then YES), or is soldered to the whole board which is the motherboard? (then you have to change the whole motherboard).
