I was wondering what kind of settings I would be able to run WoW on and what my fps might be playing on this laptop.

You might be able to run WoW at the high settings with that system. But you should probably plan on using medium settings to keep the game play smooth and fluid.
During online gaming in large raid situation you might need to step down to low-medium settings to get the game play smooth and fluid. The weakest link overall in gaming will be the entry level CPU.
Overall it should also do well in many other more recent games.

the cpu is not the best u can get put u youle be fine on med settings...

CPU needs to be higher for high settings, and the video card 64bit bus will have issues with high textures (lower memory bandwidth). The link WE2 posted has the card as 128bit, you may need to check that. 128bit will make the game run much better, but you'd need a faster CPU.

Low/med settings nothing higher. Your CPU is clocked too low & the 64bit memory bus is going to hold you back. WoW simply won't be playable on high settings with that machine. You could turn particle density (used for spell effects) to high. Most other settings will need to be set to medium with shadows turned off.
