Yes, it should be equipped with the A10-5745M which has decent for integrated graphics performance. You can also increase the performance of these APU/CPUs by increasing the speed of the RAM to the highest factory rated, as well as running it in a dual channel configuration if that is already not the case. I would recommend looking for a laptop with either an i5 42XXu/h/m or 52XXu for integrated graphics laptops and CS:GO due to better single core performance. But that one will do just fine!
