To answer your question, no it wont run those games you mentioned since it doesn't have the power to do so. Closest to your budget that might run those games would be a Lenovo S21e. http://shop.lenovo.com/il/en/laptops/lenovo/s-series/s21e-20/

Under 200$ nothing runs at least u need 450$ to run in very low settings. Laptops r not made for gaming.. Unless u buy a gaming laptop for 1500$. Desktop u can get a decent pc for 600$.

All $200 laptops will basically have the same hardware like the Asus EEEbook that you linked to. You will need at least a laptop which costs $600 (when on sale) that has mainstream GPU like the nVidia 940m to be able to the games you want at 1366x768 resolution with decent performance.

Here's a video review of the HP Stream 11 which basically has similar hardware to the Asus. It includes Minecrraft being demonstrated on the laptop.
