Can this run minecraft?

Can an Acer Aspire E-5-571p Intel core i5-4210U CPU. 1.70ghz turbo boost 2.40ghz 4GB Ram play minecraft on medium settings
All I want to be able to play is minecraft at least 30 fps on medium settings

Minecraft isn't a graphically intense game. With those specs you'll run fine, don't worry! And those 4gb (as long as you allocate all of it to the app) should be enough to minimalize lag spikes from loading chunks
