Can we connect reliance datacard to a smart phone ?....

I have heard that datacards can be connected to android phones , but i am not sure of it . Is is really possible to connect it with providing the connecter cable ?
If its really possible , please guide me ..

Yes you can connect datacards to some of the Android devices but you should check the manual if it supports or not and also check for the compat
