I accidentally left my phone in a car and the contact for the person who has the phone is in my Samsung Note 2. How can i recover those information in order to get the number to contact the person?

Did you sync the contact to an online account? if not, NO.
Or call/txt to that person? then ask you service provider for your call/txt history

Noted, however I should think that I had signed in to Samsung Account but I don't know how to access that. Where The call/Text history is concerned, I am required to know the PUK1 number for the chip but my problem is that my house was burnt to the ground causing me to lose all those information. I really need my phone because it what is my computer in college.
